Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your find. If it's not quite right, we're happy to accept returns on unaltered, unworn pieces within 14 days of receipt.


How to Return

Write to us at archivist@aneantrin.com within 14 days of receipt and we'll take it from there.


What We Need from You

Original Condition. You're very welcome to try your piece on for fit and appearance — that's what it's there for. We just ask that it comes back in the same condition it arrived, with any security tags still attached and intact. Do bear in mind that we cannot accept returns on pieces which have been resized, customised, or otherwise altered — whether before shipping or afterwards.

Earrings Exception. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns — we hope you understand.

Packaging Matters. Please include all original packaging — boxes, booklets, and anything else that came with it. For the return journey, tuck everything inside a fresh, rigid outer box. That double layer of protection makes all the difference in transit.


Getting It Back to Us

Your package will include a pre-printed return address label — just attach it to your outer box. Return shipping is at your cost and must be sent via a fully insured, tracked service. The piece remains in your care until it's safely back with us, so it's worth taking a little extra time with the packaging — if something arrives damaged, we may need to deduct restoration costs from your refund. International returns should be clearly marked "UK RETURNED GOODS — NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on all customs forms; this is the correct declaration for returned goods and is separate from the insurance value you declare with your carrier, which should reflect the full value of the piece.


If Something Isn't Right

Reach us at archivist@aneantrin.com and we'll look at it together and find the right way forward. Do bear in mind that for antique pieces, satisfactory condition takes their age and historic character into account — a little honest wear is part of what makes them what they are.


What Happens Next

Inspection (3–5 business days). Once your piece is back with us, we'll look it over carefully to make sure it's arrived in its original condition.

Refund. All being well, we'll process your refund promptly. Please note that we're unable to refund original or return shipping costs, or any customs duties or taxes.

Timeline. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
