We provide fully insured, tracked shipping for all our antique & vintage pieces. Your signature will be required upon receipt. We aim to have purchases shipped within 2–3 days of your payment being processed. We offer returns within 14 days of receipt — see our Return and Refunds for details.

Free Royal Mail Special Delivery, next day.
International
Free shipping on orders over £500. Orders under £500 are calculated at checkout.
Sent via DHL Worldwide Express, typically 1–5 working days depending on location.
EU — 1–2 working days US & Canada — 2–3 working days Rest of the world — 2–5 working days
Customs, Duties & Taxes
The guidance below is offered to assist you. Due to the shifting environment, we recommend checking with your local customs authority if you'd like certainty on what to expect.
All import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Every piece leaves the Archive with full, accurate documentation — to give each find the smoothest possible passage. Across all destinations a courier processing fee applies regardless of duty status — typically in the region of £20–£25, varying slightly with the duty amount and location.
United States
Pieces are subject to approximately 10% import duty, collected at delivery.
Canada
Canada is notably generous. In addition to antiques over 100 years old, pieces over 50 years old also qualify for duty-free entry. GST or HST will still apply at your provincial rate, collected at delivery.
European Union
Pieces over 100 years old are classified as antiques and are generally duty-free. Duty may apply to jewels less than 100 years old depending on material and destination country. VAT is payable on imports at your local rate in all cases, collected at delivery.
Returns
We want you to love your find. If it's not quite right, we accept returns on unaltered, unworn pieces within 14 days of receipt.
